I’m interested in how real adults learn in the real world. I’m fanatically customer-focused, and my customers are learners. I want them to realize value from the work we do together.

One of my most leveraged skills is as a sort of translator: I specialize in translating complex ideas and processes into easily understandable plain speech. I work hard to thoroughly understand the subject matter* so that I can explain it to others in an intuitive way that makes sense.
